Refurbished Notebook and
Used Laptops Warranty Please Note: All laptops / notebook computers offered by
Omni Systems Int'l are Refurbished or Used
unless otherwise stated.

Warranty
Length: All Laptops and laptop
accessories carry a minimum Warranty of 30
Days, Please refer to the product
description for exact warranty period.

Coverage: Hardware: warranty covers all hardware for laptop
warranty period (for warranty issues on
batteries please refer below), warranty
covers repair or replacement (same or
better) of defective products, laptops
notebooks only. To ensure you do not receive any DOA
laptop All hardware is tested 3 times in
separate testing process before shipment.
however if you receive a DOA laptop
(defective on arrival) or missing Items, we
will pay for all shipping cost for quick
repair or replacement, DOA warranty period
is from the time you receive your order up
to 2 days after, if you receive a DOA
product you should contact us as soon as
possible (not later that 2 days of receive)
and obtain a DOA RMA no (return
authorization no). please note all products
coming back to us must have a Valid RMA No. warranty also covers all defective notebooks
after the DOA period, however customers will
be responsible for one way shipping cost of
the replacement or repaired laptop.
customers with defective hardware products
within their warranty period should contact
support to verify and obtain a RMA No. Please note that minor cosmetic flaws on
used and refurbished laptops and notebooks would
not be considered defect and not covered
under the warranty however we do not ship
any products having cosmetic flaws that
would effect the operation of the unit in
any way, unless we specifically mention in
the description of the product. we will still provide service If your
warranty expires and you have hardware
problems. we carry a wide rage of
refurbished used laptop and notebook parts at low cost,
therefore after warranty service with us
will not cost you an arm and a leg, so for
after warranty service, call us with the
problem and we will issue you a service case
No. for quick & low cost service. Software: To ensure all hardware function properly we
also make sure the software that
runs/operates (only) the hardware also
function properly therefore when you receive
your order all operating software (only)
should also be functioning properly (on some
cases to configure units and install add-ons
we may have to disable most unused ports &
systems addresses) In general warranty does not include
software and we do not provide software
support, software issues any time after DOA
period would not be covered, specially
issued such as configuring networks,
internet connections, installing new
software, software crashed, etc.

Batteries: unlike most other companies
who do not provide warranty on laptop
Batteries (which can be very expensive) we
at OMNI SYSTEMS not only provide working
batteries with all laptops (unless otherwise
specifically mentioned) we also provide
warranty on the batteries itself, all laptop
batteries are tested warranted to hold
charge for minimum 30 minutes when fully
charge (unless otherwise stated in the
description of product)

Additional Information: All laptop sales
through this site/Company are final,
Returned orders for refund after the DOA
period, are subject to a 15% restocking fee
plus applicable shipping cost. Warranty does
not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment
and user-installed parts & upgrades on
laptops and notebooks.
Shortages, missing or damaged laptop
computers must be
reported to Omni Systems within 2 days of
receipt. Address corrections made after the
product has been shipped will be charged
$20.00 fee per box. All returns must have RMA# by OMNI SYSTEMS prior to
shipping/returns. A copy of the receipt must
be included with the returned Item. The RMA
# must be written on the outside of the box
and at the back of the copy of the receipt.
Any unauthorized RMA or any RMA discrepancy,
will not be accepted and will be
returned/refused to the sender at his/her
expense, Purchaser is liable for one way
shipping costs (after DOA period) including,
for all merchandise returned to OMNI SYSTEMS
for exchange or warranty repairs.
Non-defective products are subject to a 15%
fee.
