We request information from customers on our laptop order form.  Here customers must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with a customer. 

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.

Returns & Replacements

Laptop Closeout & OMNI SYSTEMS stand behind every laptops and notebooks Sold. If we have made an error, we will correct it. All laptop computers are covered under a warranty, which is detailed on Laptop Warranty page.  

Call laptop closeout  within two days of receipt of order for the following:  

  • laptop - notebook not as advertised 

  • Wrong quantity laptop shipped 

  • Wrong item shipped 

  • laptop - notebook Freight damage 

  • Not satisfied with service or laptop received

Warranty Length:

All Laptops and laptop accessories carry a minimum Warranty of 30 Days, Please refer to the product description for exact warranty period, warranty on laptops are covered in 3 parts: satisfaction Guarantee (first 3 days), DOA warranty (first 30 days), and standard warranty (remainder of the warranty period) Satisfaction Guarantee: request for refund can be made within 3 days after receipt of laptop (all shipping cost excluded) DOA warranty: we will cover all shipping and handling charged for repairing your laptop for the first 30 days of warranty (all shipping cost included) Standard warranty: one way shipping cost is covered for the remainder of the warranty from the 31st day of receipt (one way shipping cost included) Coverage: 

our standard warranty covers all hardware for product warranty period (1 to 12 months) (for warranty issues on batteries please refer below), warranty covers repair or replacement (same or better) of defective products.
To ensure you do not receive any defective products All hardware is tested 3 times in separate testing process before shipment. however if you receive a defective laptop, we will pay for all shipping cost for quick repair, this defective on arrival warranty period is from the time you receive your order up to a month, if you receive a product with missing items you should contact us as soon as possible (not later that 3 days of receipt). please note all products coming back to us must have a valid return No, to obtain a return no, please call 1-800-473-7991
warranty also covers all defective products after the DOA period, however customers will be responsible for one way shipping cost of the replacement or repaired product. customers with defective hardware products within their warranty period should contact support to obtain a RMA No.
we do not ship any products having cosmetic flaws that would effect the operation of the unit in any way, unless we specifically mention in the description of the product.
we will still provide service If your warranty expires and you have hardware problems. we carry a wide rage of refurbished laptop parts at low cost, therefore after warranty service with us will not cost you an arm and a leg, so for after warranty service, call us with the problem and we will issue you a service case No. for quick & low cost service. 

To ensure all hardware function properly we also make sure the software that runs/operates (only) the hardware also function properly therefore when you receive your order all operating software should also be functioning properly.
Laptop Batteries: unlike most other companies not providing warranty on laptop Batteries (which can be very expensive) we at OMNI SYSTEMS not only provide working batteries with all laptops (unless otherwise specifically mentioned) we also provide warranty on the batteries itself, all laptop batteries are tested warranted to hold charge for minimum 1hr when charged (this is a warranty protection, however batteries may give you anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs run time) Provider: warranty on used Refurbished Items is provided by OMNI SYSTEMS INT'L INC.
