Unique data protection and
reliability features

Active Protection System is an integrated, user
configurable motion sensor that continuously

communications capabilities: Wi-Fi wireless,

Infrared port. RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports are standard on
all models. High-speed Gigabit Ethernet connectivity
is also featured on select ThinkPad T Series
notebooks.
The UltraConnect™ antenna is built into the display
cover for optimal signal reception. This combined
design supports IEEE 802.11a, 802.11b and 802.11g
wireless technologies to help maximize coverage and
performance for improved wireless LAN connectivity
around the world. Select models feature new ThinkPad
11a/b/g/n MIMO technology with increased throughput
and distance performance.
The T60 and T60p models also have the option to
integrate high speed Wireless Wide Area Network
broadband access (WWAN) (select models).
Rather than managing the setup, use and payment of
multiple connectivity solutions for your remote

solution with wide national coverage, a consistent
